Receivables Manager (m/w/d) - Großraum Köln

im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der direkten Personalvermittlung

On behalf of our customers we are looking for an Receivables Manager (m/f/d) in the greater Cologne area as part of our service of direct personnel placement.

Your tasks:

Responsibility for accounts receivable management, including dunning, dispute resolution, and risk monitoring
Analysis of customer accounts and reconciliation of open items
Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to secure timely payments
Preparation of receivables reports and KPIs for management
Participation in process optimization projects in the finance department

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in finance/accounting or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in receivables management or credit control
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and analytical thinking
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
