On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Recruiting (m-f-d) at our Bonn location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruiting: job posting, screening, interviewing, candidate management
Cooperation with hiring managers to define requirements and profiles
Active sourcing and use of digital recruiting platforms
Employer branding support and recruitment event planning
Maintenance of applicant tracking systems and KPIs reporting

Your Profile:

Degree in HR, Business Administration or similar field
First experience in recruiting, ideally in an international context
Confident use of LinkedIn, XING, or other sourcing tools
Fluent in English, good German skills beneficial
Strong interpersonal skills and a structured working style
