On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Sales Specialist (m/f/d) (Beauty & Care) at our Köln location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Tasks

Acquisition and support of customers in the Beauty & Care segment
Presentation of products and services to national and international clients
Development and implementation of sales strategies
Preparation of offers and execution of contract negotiations
Close cooperation with marketing and product management
Market observation and reporting to management

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or degree in economics/marketing
Initial experience in sales, ideally in Beauty, Cosmetics or Care
Very good English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
Confident handling of MS-Office and CRM systems
Communication skills, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for sales
Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
