On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) in Bonn as part of our direct recruitment service.
Your tasks:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination and facility management
- Coordinate internal services (meeting rooms, office supplies, technical equipment)
- Support travel arrangements and event planning
- Serve as the main point of contact for all operational matters
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and internal communication
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in office management or comparable qualification
- Experience in office coordination or administration
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident in using MS Office and common digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
