On behalf of our customers we are looking for an Paralegal (m/f/d) at our location in Bonn within the scope of our service of direct personnel placement.

Your Tasks

Drafting, reviewing and managing legal documents and contracts
Supporting lawyers in daily business and case management
Conducting legal research and preparing summaries
Maintaining legal databases and archives
Communication with clients, courts and authorities
Assisting in compliance and corporate law matters

Your Profile

Completed legal education or comparable qualification
First experience as paralegal or legal assistant desirable
Very good English skills, German skills advantageous
Confident handling of MS Office and legal software
High level of accuracy, confidentiality and organizational talent
Independent and team-oriented working style
