On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) at our Bonn location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Tasks

Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring
Identifying and attracting top talent via job portals, social media, and networks
Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
Supporting employer branding and HR marketing initiatives

Your Profile

Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or similar field
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in an international environment
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proactive, team-oriented and detail-focused personality
